Something that you may not realize, that I kind of keep on the DL, is that I do small business and corporate branding. I don't shout it from the rooftops, because I typically allow each client to share the images as they wish, in their own time, and I don't want to interfere with that.
Occasionally, I will do a session that inspires me so much I just have to share it. The reason I get extra inspired is that I have followed the business from the beginning and adore what they do and what they stand for and the role they play in supporting the community.
Last month I had the opportunity to do a business branding session for Modo Yoga, here in Cincinnati, Ohio. I've been a student here on and off for a number of years. It's one of those places that centers you and you always leave better for going. No matter the season of life, I always look forward to a hot room where I can make myself a priority, catch my breath and then leave all of the junk we have to deal with in life on my mat.
This was the sweetest, most encouraging and uplifting group of ladies. They're also pretty amazing instructors.
I know self-care is a trendy new topic, but it's gaining traction because it's important, you guys. I urge you this year to stop in to one of Modo's three locations (in Columbia Tusculum, Clifton or Northern Kentucky) and take a class. Spend an hour doing something for you. I promise you won't regret it. (Pro tip: Hot Yin is my favorite & because it's slow moving, it's a fairly easy beginner class!)
And now, some of the highlights of this session.
